The session will cover understanding tenants’ legal rights and responsibilities regarding repairs and maintenance. How to effectively communicate repair issues to landlords and real estate agents will be discussed. Also featured will be common mistakes tenants make when requesting repairs and how to avoid them. Visitors will be able to take home practical tips, handy resources and a free goodie bag.
