THE OPPORTUNITY
The TQ QSTARS HUB Tenant Advice Worker (part time) plays a critical role in the delivery of expert, accurate and consistent tenancy advice to residential renters.
You will be a part of the statewide HUB contact centre team working remotely from one of our regional offices and supported by the HUB Coordinator and statewide training officer. The HUB contact centre aims to empower and support tenants and residents by providing high quality advice regarding tenancy law related issues and triaging matters to QSTARS regional offices and external referral services.
Regional offices are located in Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns, Mt Isa and Gold Coast.
